I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis and received my Master’s Degree from Smith College. I then completed a one-year intensive training program in Cognitive Therapy at The University of Pennsylvania as well as a postgraduate training program at The Postpartum Stress Center.
My career has been deeply focused on women’s health with experience in university counseling, in-patient hospitals, residential treatment centers, and specialized facilities such as The Women’s Therapy Center.
I am currently in private practice serving clients in Florida and New York.
My approach is empathic and supportive. What is most crucial in therapy is that the therapist and client build a trustworthy relationship.
I am trained in a variety of methods, including classical psychodynamic treatment as well as Cognitive Therapy. I personalize my approach to the specific needs of each individual. Client input on what works and what doesn’t is always welcome.

Absolutely! Clients can schedule an in-person appointment at my Boca Raton office, or can schedule a virtual appointment as long as they are currently located in Florida or New York.
